Refund Request Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date the service was initiated. This 30-day period ensures that any issues with the service are promptly addressed.
Scope of Work: The refund is only applicable if the service falls short of the agreed scope of work. If any additional services or modifications outside of the original agreement were requested, those would not qualify for a refund.
Completion of Services: Refunds are not applicable once the project or service has been successfully completed and delivered as per the terms agreed upon, unless it can be demonstrated that the service significantly deviated from what was promised.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Custom and One-Time Services: Services such as website development, one-time consultancy sessions, or custom software that have already been delivered cannot be refunded.
- Marketing Campaigns: Once a digital marketing campaign has been launched and active expenses have been incurred (like ads), refunds are not available.
- Online Classes and Training Programs: Once an online course or training has been delivered, refunds are not applicable unless there were clear deficiencies in the course content or delivery.
Process for Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

Refund Approval: If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be processed via the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
Refund Amount
The refund amount is calculated based on:
- Work Completed: The amount refunded will reflect the portion of work already completed or delivered at the time of the refund request.
- Expenses Incurred: Any non-recoverable expenses (such as advertising costs or third-party service fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.
